Mr. Maskud belong from local village Pandra. He is himself driver cum owner. His hyva run only ash because of old model and is unhealthy hyva.
When Aakar officer start work at Silo at that time Mr Maksud attended the morning meeting and appreciated the Aakar activities. Gradually day by day, with our interventions, he became well known of our activities. Aakar officer counseled him to get his hyva repaired and install new seat belt as seat belt was not available in his hyva. During every Friday our officer goes to “masjid” for “namaj”. At that time we suggested him about same thing and instantly he agreed to repair hyva and install belt but after that there was no improvement. Once Aakar senior faculty was meeting with him and discuss about the behavior of drivers and focus to fitness of hyva, at that movement he assured to repair the hyva. Again Aakar officer was visiting his home and motivate him for repair hyva. Always he answer, “will done very soon”. Such type of process continuing from sep-15 to jan-16. After again and again counselling, once he show our officer new seat belt and make back horn, indicator and other important parts. On 13th February our officer appreciated him through ‘Gamcha’ and install his photo best driver of the day at registration point and ATM gate.
He is a positive person; we hope he will motivate his co-worker about hyva fitness.
