Mr. Sandeep Mahatois a Driver of (JH10AL6052). He is 32 years old. He has 5 years of experience as helper. He has completed intermediate course. He is an educated driver.
On some day before 4 month, he met us and he participated in morning meeting and gave feedback that “I am interest to attend the meeting regularly but it is not possible in driving line”. We counseled him that when’re possible he may attend morning meeting and in left out other time he may motivate others to attend morning meetings. Regularly we met him at silo area and coal road area.
One day he came to training hall for training. Then he shared that this training is very good for every driver and every driver should get that training. We found that he motivated others for safe driving. Once a helper was sitting on running hyva, Mr sandeep counselled the helper not to do such type unsafe activity. But he did not listen to Sandeep. So Sandeep shared that incident with Aakar team and asked for some tips to counsel that helper. Aakar gave him the possible way that Sandeep can reach to helper’s heart. After this, Sandeep was able to counsel the helper and shared happy news with us.
This helper is a very good person that he don’t feel ashamed to do any work. He feels proud of his work. He motivates his other friends to keep safe practices. We conducted his home visit and shared his good work with his family member. We appreciated him in front of other driver.
