Mr Kasilsh Modak, helper (JH10AP8468), always argued with Aakar officer about what facility should be provided for drivers and helpers. He was irritated while talking to us and demanded absurd things as facilities.
When Aakar came first time at MPL site, from that movement our officer tried to motivate him but he did not listen and continued arguing in many matters. He always put many demands and said MPL should create facility for drivers & helpers. At that moment, we tried to motivate him, but he did not listened us properly. Once at coal road when our officer suggested him for using seat belt, he denied to obey.
Once in silo area, only few hyva available when Aakar officer organized morning meeting. He also attended the meeting with his co-workers. Aakar officer discussed about human life and family. At that moment, Mr Modak deeply listened to the talk. After end of the meeting he shared that meeting was very nice. Then in day to day meeting and discussion, once he attended a safety induction programme and observe Aakar concern towards drivers and helpers life. After that when we suggested for using seat belt, immediately he used it and also suggested other drivers to use.
On 19th Feb, he himself came to Aakar container and shared about his life and family. He also shared, now he feels good about working at MPL, due to Aakar intervention. He shared all this matter with his wife also. Then he invited us at his home for a cup of tea. One day our team had visited his home.
Kailash shared in presence of his wife “I am engine of my family so I will keep myself safe for family. This thought I learned from Aakar team so I thankful to them.”
