Mr Kajal Ray is a driver of this hyva (JH-10AG-6005). He belongs to Pandra village. He has 16 years of experience in Driving line. In month of August 2015 when we met him for the first time, he was complaining a lot of things in front of us and was de – motivating other to not attend the morning meeting program. He was demanding that MPL should provide hospital, drinking water, good road and canteen facility for driver and helpers. He also told us that driver don’t change their behavior so not to waste our time. At that time he don’t use Seat belt during driving.
One day in morning meeting his hyva fitness was checked in front of all drivers and he got prize as best driver of the day. After that on a regular intervention, our officer counseled him and motivated for good. Once we appreciated him for best driver of the day, for his hyva fitness, after that day on coal road we shown him to use seat belt for his safety and touched his heart by showing why seat belt and for whom. After this, he obeys that and use seat belt during driving. After regular intervention now he use seat belt, follow rules and put all driver demand through request rather than complains.
