Mr. Ruhul Amin is a driver having 5 years of experience in driving line. He belongs to Pandara village. During our intervention, we found that he is not following rules like drive 16/20 KMPH, seat belt wearing and PPEs.
Later that our members tried to bring change in him. As per our planning, he attended our morning meeting, induction training and site visit. We motivated him to understand why use of seat belt and drive speed of 16/20 KMPH inside the MPL premises are important. This continued for 3 months and after span 3 months constant inputs, we found some changes in Rahul. He is using seat belt and follows the rules. Our officers focused to aware him for using safety shoes and reflective jackets during driving. Now we found he is using safety shoes and reflective jacket. After that our team visited his home and appreciated him about his good practice.
