Mr Mantu Gorai is a good driver. Before Aakar’s intervention, he was not following safety parameters like speed limit, tying seat belt etc. After intervention, he attended morning meeting many times at Silo and coal road area. He also participated in one minute game program and won in it. Later to appreciation programs, he participated in with involvement in all activities of Aakar.
After regular intervention in different programs, he started following MPL rules inside the plant. Now he is using seat belt and following safety standards. Once he had shared that he is always focusing to his hyva’s fitness. If any light or indicator damaged suddenly he inform to his owner and get it repaired as soon as possible.
