Mr. Dharambir Singh is a driver of JH10AU3412 hyva. He is 27 year old, he is a good driver. One day on coal road we conducted a quiz competition. He participated and secure 11 mark out of 11, so we appreciated him. After that when he met us and shared about his driving experience. One day we plan to conduct a home visit and meet with his family members. His family members shared that “No company employee visited our home. You are first person who visited our home and shared good thing about my child”
Once we conducted a morning meeting at coal road. In meeting, 3 drivers complained that MPL doesn’t provide drinking water and water is sprinkled at coal road. At that time Dharambir counseled these 03 drivers that “MPL provides drinking water at main gate, you drink there and also keep water bottle. Water sprinkle should increase on coal road for the safety of we people. If you doesn’t drive safely who will be looser? MPL or owner will not be losing anything, only we will lose everything. Our family member will suffer if any accident occurs.” Every driver and helper agreed to him. We appreciated him for this initiative and now he is motivating his co-worker for driving safely. Now he is our volunteer.
