Mr. Ramachandra is a driver of JH10U6677 number hyva. He is 55 year old. He is having 35 years of experience in driving line. Before few days he was owner of a truck, but because of some problem, he sold his truck and now doing driving at MPL hyva. His two sons are studying engineering in government college.
We found that he was not talking with other persons, he was always found sitting in a sad mood and not interested to attend the morning meeting. One day, during our site visit, we tried to know the root-cause of his sadness through our interaction. After finding the root-cause, we consoled him and show some motivational video at training room.
With the effect of this, one day he attended our induction training and gave feedback that every driver should get this type of training. Then after we found that he was meeting us regularly and requested us to tell some good thing. Some time he helps us to arrange training for drivers. Before this, he was not using seat belt but now he is using seat belt and motivating others to use seat belt. Now he is an energetic person and motivates others also.
