Mr. Bimal Mondal is a driver of hyva JH-10AQ6088 having 2 years of experience in driving line. He belongs from Tulasivitta village. During site visit, we found that he was unaware about MPL rule regulation and fine system which were promoting for unsafe behavior.
When our officer found unsafe behavior of Bimal, our officer counseled him on the spot and suggested to attend the morning meetings. Once he was attending our training at Silo area then after he shared that he was gaining some knowledge about rules and importance of his life for family. One day we found that his tarpaulin was damaged and our officer counseled him to change it. After 02 days he changed his tarpaulin and shared with our officer. Our officer planned to appreciate him in front of his family for this change of his behavior, due to which he was very happy. Now he is following rules and promoting to others for safe behavior.
