Mr Rajesh Dash is a driver of hyva JH-10-AT-0669. He belongs from Bajna village near Dhanbad area. He is having 3 years of experience in driving line. During morning meeting, we found that he was a positive person but not using seat belt during driving. Our officer counseled him for use of seat belt, and after that day we always seen that both driver and helpers are using seat belt and maintaining hyva speed properly. Our team planned and gave response to Mr Rakesh for change in his partner’s attitude towards safety. Our officer shared this case with Mr. Rajesh and told that, we also try to change his unsafe behavior. Rajesh shared that he will also help us.
When our officer found unsafe behavior of Rajesh’s partner, our officer counseled him on the spot. Rajesh also told to maintain hyva properly using seatbelt, over speed otherwise some time both are facing obstacles on the road. After continue this type of intervention for 2 months, now some changes are seen in him and now Mr. Rajesh is motivating others towards safe behavior in our morning meeting. He also shares some incident which is motivating for safe driving.
