Mr. Mangal Dash is a driver of (JH10R1816) hyva. He is 37 years old. He has 17 years of experience in driving. One fine day on coal road, When hyva were running in queue, at that time Mr. Mangal Dash was overtaking and creating traffic jam near weight bridge without listening to anyone. After 3 day when we found him sitting on his hyva, then we came to know about him and gradually we ask about that day incident (Hyva overtake). He told us in good manner and shared us as on that day, his helper had slept, so that token number was obtained and he could not get loading of ash. Because of this case, his owner scolded both driver and helper hence he was irritated. When he saw that he was late due to lot of hyva in a queue so he started overtaking at coal road and traffic jam occurred.
After discussion with him we counseled him and showed drew his attention that because of one driver how many drivers and helpers were facing problems. Later that, we found him in our morning meeting, site visit and induction training and also behaving normally with others.One day we found that he was taking initiative of his leanings. So we appreciated him for his hyva’s good condition and pasting his photo on registration point. Then he met us at registration point and share that his friend were appreciating him for best driver of the day.
Now on coal road, we found him driving in a queue. He is meeting us proactively and shared about his driving. He shared that “Your team is taking care of driver and helper and mix with love that is heart touching, because of your love I can’t overtake”
