Chandan Sahis is a driver, age 36. He has driving experience of 12 year. He belongs to Baliapur village of Dhanbad district. Since 3 years he has been driving hyva at MPL.
First time we meet with him in our morning meeting and found that he is listening to our meeting very carefully. We observe him. He always attended our meeting in his availability. One day he won prize during our appreciation program. Once he shared a story from our patrika and told content was very good. He also shared this patrika with his family members. One day he attended the induction training and gave feedback that “Every drivers and helpers should get the induction training” because this induction gives a proposal of safe life and safe driving. After getting induction now he motivates his friends to attend the training. He also uses seat belt after being influenced through our induction training. Previously in morning meeting he does not speak a single word but now he is able to talk in front of small audience. Once he shared that maximum people are thinking driver means habituated with alcohol. But he is opposite of it& suggested others not to take alcohol while driving.
He is a good driver and his behavior is very good. He also is very positive. We think that he can really motivate other drivers.
