Self investment for self safety – Behavior Change

Mr. Kuber sinku was the worker of Tarapore & co. He is a dedicated worker one day during our site visit we observe that he is working without any PPEs. So we counseled him for use PPEs. During work. He promise to use PPEs and also he share that his company is not providing any PPEs.so we discuss with his supervisor to provide PPEs.

In our another day site visit we observe the same condition as before so we’re counseled him and during our counseling we came to know that he has already know Aakar team from Kalinganagar, He was worked at HSM site and was stayed at China -1 Colony. So after our 2^nd counseling he said that if his company not provides him the PPEs. He will purchase himself for his own safety.

Another day during our site visit we observe that he is working with full PPEs and we want to know that whether his company provide him the PPEs or he himself purchase it. He answered that he himself purchases it. Now he is working with PPEs and also motivating other for safety.
