Mr Yakub Ansari is a driver of (JH-10AS-7187) hyva, and the owner of this hyva is Mr Ujjawal Tiwary (Association Secretary). Mr Yakub belongs from Barwadia village approximately 9 km from Nirsa area. He is having 23 years of experience in driving line. Once in morning meeting he gave positive response about use of seat belt during driving.
One day during site visit at silo area, he came from his side and shared that now he is using seat belt during driving. We told him to share this message in morning meeting and he did that in morning meeting also. We also found his behavior with his colleague is very good. He also motivates his co-workers to follow the safety rules told by Aakar officers.
One day there was road jam at Silo area due to overtaking. At the same time Mr. Yakub came proactively and streamlined the jam within 10 minutes. After few days we found that he again streamlined another jam at coal road. Then we appreciated him for his good work in morning meeting and conducted a home visit. During home visit we shared his goodness in front of his family member and discuss with Yakub bhai to spread 16 km/h driving speed inside the plant. He told us he will continue this work.
