Mr. Sahadev Marandi is a helper in Vehicle No –(WB-37C-0162) with Driver- Manoj ku hari. During Aakar intervention we found Mr. Marandi always wear ‘gamcha’ during duty hour and we regular seen at silo area. Always we counselled the hazards of ‘gamcha’ wear. But he promise to change after that but later not changed. Always he said recently I have bath so not change any paint. Our team have planned to share him an accident related to ‘gamcha’, that’s why he promise not wear ‘gamcha’ in duty period. Once his vehicle win through randomly appreciation programmes and got all safety point is OK. So he got prize ‘gamcha’ to both driver and helper. In this programme we suggested him always obey safety. Discussed with him not wear ‘gamcha’ in duty period and given responsibility to driver for avoid him to wear ‘gamcha’ in duty period.
After that we never saw him wearing ‘gamcha’.
