Mr. Naresh Rao one of the good driver (Vehicle Number : JH-10AM-8779) among all driver of Hydrobin area . Before intervention by Aakar staff, Mr. Rao was not using seat belt during driving.
Once in an appreciation game Mr. Rao vehicle got 200 marks out of 200 marks. Our officer appreciated him through gamcha and appreciated his caring nature. All present drivers shared that Mr. Rao always clean the vehicle and maintain it properly. Then our officer suggested using seat belt but on next day he was not using seat belt. One day in morning meeting our officer told that Mr. Naresh was doing good job here. He is using seatbelt any time and his hyva’s has got prize. After that our officer found that he was using seat belt any time, told to his helper and motivated to others in morning meeting during resting period for use seat belt.
