About Directors of Aakar Empowerment
Aakar Empowerment Private Limited is govern by three Directors namely Mr. Dinesh Prajapati, Mr. Suresh Prajapati and Mr. Ravi Sheshadri. Each of them have a unique skill set and vast experience in their expertise. Click on the buttons to view their details.
Dinesh Prajapati
Mr. Dinesh Prajapati (born 1969) is a graduate in agriculture from Lokbharti Vidyapith, Gujarat.
As of now, he is extensively involved as a trainer and training consultant. He has imparted training in and outside Gujarat for government and non-government organizations. He is also a founder trustee of NGO “Marag” in Gujarat.
He has worked for 15 years with organizations like Aga Khan Rural Support Program – India (AKRSP-I) and AT India. After gaining such a rich experience, he started working independently as a trainer from 2002.
Till today, he has given more than 3000 training programs / workshops / seminars. He has worked with Tata Power, Tata Chemicals, Parle Trust, AKRSP-I, Environment Sanitation Institute (ESI), District Rural Development Agency (DRDA) and SEWA.
Over and above this, he had been actively working with youngsters for character building workshops. He also organizes workshops on husband wife relationships, positive attitude, interpersonal relationship, memory enhancement and leadership. Under the “Karmayogi” campaign of government of Gujarat, he has played a critical role as one of the master trainers.
He has worked in 8 states including Gujarat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, West Bengal, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Bihar for life transforming programs.
He is supported by his life partner Pragnya, a home-maker, his two sons Bonny and Pruthvi.
Mr. Suresh Prajapati
Mr. Suresh Prajapati (born 1971) is a graduate in agriculture and post graduate in human resources.
He has been working with various government, non-government organizations and corporate companies as a trainer and training consultant. Along with this he has also worked as a researcher in development field and is also involved in writing and documentation.
From the last 18 years, he has been associated with various human transformation programs. From 1994-2003, he worked with prestigious organizations like IIM-Ahmedabad, Aga Khan Rural Support Program, India (AKRSP-I), MARAG and OXFAM and acquired a wide experience in working at various locations in Gujarat. After 2002, he started working independently in the area of human development.
Till today, he has given more than 3000 training programs / workshops / seminars. He has worked with Tata Power, Tata Chemicals, Parle Trust, AKRSP-I, Environment Sanitation Institute (ESI), District Rural Development Agency (DRDA) and SEWA.
Over and above this, he had been actively working with youngsters for character building workshops. He also organizes workshops on husband wife relationships, positive attitude, interpersonal relationship, memory enhancement and leadership. He has interacted with more than 8000 teachers in Gujarat for workshops on ‘Quality of education’. Under the ‘Karmayogi’ campaign of government of Gujarat, he has played a critical role as one of the master trainers.
He has worked in 8 states including Gujarat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, West Bengal, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Bihar for life transforming programs. He also contributes to the community good by writing and publishing books on the subject of character building. Till today he has published 14 books in Gujarati.
He is supported by his life partner Alka, daughter Srujan and son Nishith. Alka is also a soft-skills trainer in her own right and has trained extensively in government sector.
Mr. Ravi Sheshadri
Ravi Sheshadri, born 1973, has a B.Tech.(Dairy Technology) from SMC College of Dairy Science, Anand, and PGDBM (Marketing) from Som-Lalit Institute of Management Studies, Ahmedabad.
He has a rich experience in pharma industry, CLARIS LIFESCIENCES LTD, of 8 years with assignments in marketing and human resources. He has supported first line sales people through product training, communication design and knowledge backup during his stint in marketing. He headed the HR operations at a manufacturing campus employing 600 staff and 1000 workers for 4 years. He was responsible for all HR processes of induction onward for this campus.
He also has a valuable experience in a not for profit organization, INDIA RENAL FOUNDATION, Ahmedabad. It is an organization working in prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, education and research in the area of kidneys. He headed it for 5 years, expanded it from a one city organization to a 4 city operation. He reported to the Chairman and board of directors.
He has been working with Aakar Empowerment as a director. He has been consulting and training in various projects at Tata Power, Mundra, Tata Power, Trombay, Tata Chemicals, Babrala, UP, JBS Group, Bosch Rexroth and Samarth Diamonds, Visnagar.
He also has interest in teaching Human Resources at management courses. He is teaching at Xcellon Institute, Ahmedabad and Shanti Business School for second year HR specialization students.
He is supported by his life partner Khyati and his twins – Mauj and Masti.
